Sync the notes calendar with a google calendar

The customer would like to be able to sync his notes and google calendar together, not just adding the google calendar overlay. i.e adding a new entry in Notes calendar and afterwards syncing this new event in google calendar in order to maintain alignment of both calendars.

In order to avoid differences that could have an impact on daily business and force users to manually keep both calendars up to date.

There are currently third party products that allow to sync IBM Notes with google but they requires payment for licensing.

Very good idea. This affects probably ALL Notes users. It would be great just to see the Notes Calendar withing the Google calendar on mobile phones!

One suggestion to make this feature less risky would be to allow a way to copy the event time and duration without copying over any sensitive information such as title, location, people, etc. This will, at least, allow for scheduling around work events.

I think is necessary to allow the function to aggregate other calendars. This is available on Verse mobile and Notes application (client-server) but missing in Verse web-based on Win and Mac platform.

Allow filters on the sync, say anything marked as private does not sync or add a new tick box to the calendar to enable that document to sync to Google.

Remember that if using Verse on a mobile then you can aggregate other calendars into that, this works fine for me.

let the company to decide what is secure and what isn‘t secure.

Otherwise they must buy a forign- software or migrate to another software.

We are waiting for a long time for it.

Why would a company want to allow your corporate calendar (which contains sensitive data) to be exposed to your private google calendar? Importing a foreign calendar is a different story, this direction is certainly helpful.

That'll be a nice feature. I DON#T want to look after 2 calendars. One for business and on for private. Plse update!

This is a very good enhancement feature for IBM Notes users.
