4 steps to push the Notes-Client "OPEN LIST" to 2018

The "OPEN LIST" is a low hanging fruit. (That can be done Template update on a fix pack)

If you are working as a graphic designer, it's difficult to find words for this "OPEN LIST" in Notes. Maybe something like "unfinished homework "... How ever, here are the four steps to pull the Notes-Client to 2018:

#1 Make all icons in greyscale
#2 Reduce the icons to the actually functionality, remove: - Favourites, - More Bookmarks, - History and - Composite Applications
#3 For the ToDo's replace the icon with a 32pixel icon
#4 Replace all Icons in the bookmark.ntf with SVG icons, as it's common in 2018 (Notes 10 will hopefully support SVG)
