The itw from the source https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=ibm10795344 seems to be the english client one.It does not work with the ML Client (German) msi.
Is there a Multi Language Client 10.0.1 itw out there?
I played arount with InstallShield Tuner for Notes 10.0.1 this week.

Yes, I was told by Support that Installshield Tuner has been removed. Is there any easy alternative in the mean time ? We used to use InstallShield Tuner to :
- remove icons on the desktop
- add all dictionaries
- add some default URL feeds
- decide which features to install
- create a setup.txt used in notes.ini to use environment variables
- customize plugin_customization.ini
