Notes Client doesn't adjust its view to fit the screen when changing the OS scale other than 100% on Dual Monitors.

Changing the Windows 10 OS scale settings to 100% displays the Notes Client view correctly. However, changing the scale to 125% and 150%, the Notes Client window and the properties windows are not adjusting to the scale changes. It shows bigger and it moves the Notes Client window to the right most part of the second screen/monitor making it impossible to access. It will also not show/display the dialog boxes/pop up windows correctly if not set to 100%.

    We have many complaints about this that are accompanied by questions about when a patch will be released to address it.
