Localization and personalization feature shoud be considered in development

Some people in some country has requirement in deep of some product feature ex chinese people like red color in chinese new year so that the feature notes client red theme or chinese new year version or snow theme in merry christmas for them. thai people like sticker in chat and using social more than the other country so that notes should be integrate chat and social in side bar of notes. Or mail template for goverment citizen that already logo or format of document that they use in every day. No mass product but localization and personalization is stronger.
