Add More Language Support for Printer Names in Notes Print Dialog

Notes 10.x/9.0.x, Windows OS
The sample language used below is Hebrew but can affect numerous other languages

Currently the following occurs:

1. In the "Preferred Language" section of Win 10, ensure that both
English (United States) and Hebrew are enabled (installed). The option
for Hebrew should appear in Hebrew characters as such << OLE Object:
Picture (Device Independent Bitmap) >>
2. Furthermore, ensure that Hebrew appears at the top of the list
(i.e. is the most preferred language)
3. Rename a printer (from the printer's property page) such that
the name is in Hebrew.
4. Open Notes
5. Select a document and open it
6. Try to print it. The "print document" dialogue box that is
opened will have a blank row for the printer name. When the drop down
list is "activated" via a mouse click, the printer for which the name
was changed to Hebrew appears as a row with a series of question marks.
7. If this row is selected, an error message is received as
follows:
title: IBM Notes
Cannot access printer or printer driver (may be due to insufficient
memory)

More support for languages such as Hebrew should be evident in this context

    Hi,

We do have support for showing different language names in printer dialog if the system locale is also in same language. Right now there is issue if user is using English Windows OS locale with other language printer names. Non English printer names are not shown properly. Based on priority of issues reported, this will be triaged and considered in future release.
