Those solutions were done by the 3rd party and not the vendor. e.g. Salesforce integration for Outlook was done by Salesforce, not Microsoft.
So have your customers asked the vendors they use why they are not integrating with us. We have the APIs they need.
I can't answer This question is a question the customer has asked me. They want solutions from notes integration and competitive have done.
