That template was a 3rd party template that had an integration you could add to your mail file (with designer access).
I also used to use that template and agree that if you are a GTD junky like me and use Notes for mail, it's a good way to implement GTD in Notes.
Nomad would be able to use that database today, so I'd recommend using that, either native mobile client of browser based.

This idea is not limited to just collecting names and passwords but will keep all the work that needs to be done every day and personal data ex book bank no, credit card no, member card no, birth date etc. Can search, category and fitter quickly. this idea requires everyone to use the notes in every day.
Which application are you talking about? the description sounds like you would like to have a password manager based on Notes, but the subject of this idea is completely different.
