Updates are mailed to Resource Reservations. Did a message arrive from the chair that was a request to cancel the appointment with the resource? RnRMgr is a task that processes what arrives in Resource Reservations.
I would also like to see a way to link different requests such as AV setup and support, catering, reconfiguration of the chairs and tables (an example would be a meeting room seating 300 people) to the request for a room. For users' convenience, these items should be available for check off in a form.
