In Notes users can manually link delegated email/calendar databases into their own database (see attached screen shot). As well the database icons are added to their workspace as soon as the delegated databases are opened. Finally (in some cases) the users are able to create replicas of these databases and do so. Again a manual step.
In case a delegation is revoked all these items remain in their client's setup and need a manual clean-up.
I would like to get automated/semi-automated (make proposal to the user as soon as delegation happens and provide a one time click to make all cations) support for these actions (on-boarding and off-boarding to a delegated account) in order to have less manual steps for the user to create or to remove the access delegated accounts.
