Improved db client/server usage statistics

More granular user statistics to record client access or databases on servers.  While read, update, and delete are helpful it would be good to have options to record more verbose detail like design elements being accessed.   Also, increase the size limit being recorded or have an option to offload from db to a log file/db.

    If we could see that a design element (eg. a view) has not been loaded for 5 years, we can then delete it.  Hard to purge obsolete design elements otherwise.  Design Synopsis can tell me if the view name is referenced in other places (except hide-whens) but it can't tell me if it's referenced in other databases.  A usage indicator potentially could.
