Mail Template : Provide mail address limitation for groups include some keyword in group name.

In Japan, many user use DJX(Domino Japanese Extention), and DJX create organizational groups by default, user can use these groups for recipients in a mail address field. These DJX organizational groups have some pattern in group name.(i.e. "<org name> All", in Japanese "<org name>全員")

And administrator will make groups for their administration use and/or user convenience, and these title of group has some keyword.(i.e "All XXXXX" etc.)

In V10 mail address limitation function is implemented and we can limit number of recipients, but group is counted as 1 recipient. 

We would like to limit a mail to too many recipients, but this function don't present our request.

Please add group limitation for for groups include some keyword in group name(conditions : begins/contains/ends), and warn when sending.

Or count group members.

Also please provide for iNotes.
