Removing access to existing documents for a server

If we remove a role for a server to access documents, replicated to the server. It seems not to be possible to remove the existing documents from that server with the replication task neither clearing the replication log does help.

It only helps to recreate the replica or update all documents on the source server.

Both is not a good solution, because there are many clients with a replica on local, connected to the server, and an update over 360,000 documents can cause replication conflicts and takes a while.

Idea is that the replication task could remove the not authorized documents from the server.

Correct. This behaviour is by design and not supposed to change.
