Option to send shortcut instead attachment

When selecting an attachment give users an option to attach a shortcut to the file instead file itself. Feature availability and default should be controlled by policy settings.

Maybe an additional option that the filepath should be an UNC path, also controlled by policy.

I know that it is not the best or even good solution, but had that question from users someone times, so users should have the choice.
