RnR Repeat Meetings Invitations so it recognizes Booked spaces

There is nothing more frustrating to AAs, and admins, than the horrible way Notes handles repeating meetings that some dates or times are booked for one or many of the rooms or resources.

Currently, if I try to book the same times for a room over a 3 day period (mon, tues, wen) or 3 mondays in a row as an example, the problem is:

1) The owner of the event sees in their calendar all the reservations as though NOTHING IS WRONG.

2) The invited people also see in their calendar as though NOTHING IS WRONG.

Now the owner, IF they have all responses set to come to their inbox, should see the room/resource email that says approved for good dates and unapproved for the other dates.

IF the owner chose not to see responses or set a mail rule, then how would they ever know there is a problem?

Further, why does the original invitation not do the lookup immediately and alert the owner to the conflicts?

To fix this, I suggest:

The creation of the repeating meeting should prevent sending/saving until all dates/times are free.

Maybe color coding the meeting dates with issues, for the owner, so they can visually see there is an issue if the choice above is too hard upfront to code.
