Do not truncate copied contacts and synchronize with Domino Directory

When xACL is set  on the Domino Directory (e.g. in order to avoid copying password digest or other sensitive information), If "Copy to Personal Address Book" is used in names.nsf, those contacts to NOT sync to the mail file, and they are never updated.

Request is to perform field level copy of relevant contact fields, mark contact as copy from names.nsf and allow:

1) to sync with mail file

2) sync with names.nsf in order to update contact information once changed in the server Domino Directory

SPR # WTON6XYJXT Restrict field access in xACL, Copy to Personal Address Book agent truncates documents (APAR LO19238).

    After setting the xACL and copying a Person Document via "Copy to Personal Address Book" feature, it is also not possible to edit the resulting local contact.
