Have a generic Important To Me bar in Notes as the Buddylist replacement

we see more than one system of presence in our company. Be it Sametime, Watson Workspace, even Windows or the PBX, all serve presence information and offer specific actions for a contact.

I would like to see a generic, service agnostic ITM bar in Notes (like in Verse) that allows me to select a configuration like this:

Profile services for selecting People and Groups

- NAB / PAB users/groups

- Connections users/communities

- Watson Workspace users/spaces

- LDAP users/groups

- LinkedIn users/groups

Mail Services

- Mapi

- verse

- Notes

Chat Services

- Sametime

- Watson Workspace

- LinkedIn

- Slack

Presence Services

- Sametime

- Watson Workspace

- LinkedIn

- AD/Windows

- PBX

you decide which people or groups to pick and which action buttons shall appear and which presence states a person shall have.

Since most of the services Iknow allow toidentify a user via his email-address, the list must not store more than that. Connections communities, Watson Workspace Spaces, ldap groups or NAB groups should be dynamically resolved on start to be sure there are the last changes loaded.

The standard action that happens when you just click on a persons line can also be selected, for example direct chat in WWS.

this way, Notes owns its own buddy list and integrates services via simple configurations.
