In notes client we have flag/follow Up email with option "when to follow up".
Once follow up due date is over, flag in the email remain there until and unless user manually removed them. Such email doesn't get archive resulting in huge mail size.
Users wanted follow up flag gets removed automatically once due date is over instead of manually removing them.
What exactly do you mean? which flag ? where?
