To enable a policy that will push the setting of vmarg.Xmx=-Xmx256m vmarg.Xms=-Xms128m vmarg.Xmca=-Xmca32k to increase the value automatically

    Partially but failed attempt has been made to allow notes.ini variables to set jvm.property setting. It has failed because the attempt does not take into account the option to UNSET a settiong (i.e. let the JVM figure it out)

    I think it is for the Notes Standard Client V9/V10/V11.

    We also Need a policy to increase the size on the Clients.
