--> sure, there is. Because the cluster won´t (re)act in that area and the clustermates won´t jump in. It´s one of a few things, where a cluster is not working.
No need for that, I think. When the client has contacted Domino the first time, cluster.ncf in Notes/Data dir is created, containing a list with cluster mates.
