Rooms: Add room-related additions, e.g. cafeteria service

We use ressources as an indicator for our cafeteria to provide snacks, drinks etc. for meetings.

However ressources are not canceled automatically if a meeting is canceled. They also don't reference a particular room either.

Hence every initiator needs to cancel a ressource seperate before meeting changes and maybe add it for a different room, depending on whether the meeting is canceled or moved to a different room.
