Prevent a single user from opening multiple instances of the same document for editing

If you right click a document in a Notes view and choose Edit, or use Ctrl+E, from a view then you can open multiple instances of the same document. Opening in read mode works as expected i.e. it will go to an existing open document if one exists.

 

This is bad because the user may be unaware and may make differing edits to the same document. When they come to save the document a save conflict could be created.
