Search for local databases which are located outside the data directory that requires updating as per rename process

Issue is that customer stores local archive databases outside of the Notes data directory.

So when the user is renamed in the Domino directory, the local archive database does not get the new name in the ACL settings since it is stored outside the Notes data dir. 

This mostly results for the end users being  not able to access the local archive database, and getting the error "You are not authorized to perform that operation".

As a workaround, the Admin will request for the end user's database to manually update the ACL with the new name.  And return the database to the user.

Customer wants the Notes client to be able to check if the user have local databases since they have no control of the users and where they will store their data.
