As I remember back in the day, IBM had a fax gateway product that sat on Domino which allowed Notes users to email to a @fax domain, with DDI numbers allocated to users, they could also receive faxes. Would be awesome if we could do similar for @whatsapp to enable send and receive from email, (if Sametime integration not an option).
Also, as we're talking about integration of Sametime, would you consider investigating a link between Sametime and MS Teams so that Notes Sametime users could chat with our MS teams users (we use both) and also where enabled external users of Teams chats...
