Allow to invite external users as guest in chat groups

This is a very common request we heard from customer that would like to control / limit the usage of WhatsApp Group for work related purposes. Those external users will not have Sametime installed and most likely not willing to spend time in complicated registration process.

This also have the potential to be combined into Communities in Connections, we can make use of the guest features in Communities to limit the access.

    Sametime Chat integrate with other chat

    Customer want to use sametime chat can talk with the other consumer chat application eg. line, wechat and so on. because they do not want to use many chat application in his mobile phone. Benefit of this is increase amount of sametime users.
