When non-allowed special character is used in password error message should be more  informative

In Sametime when user logs on and they have special character in password - §  the error just says "unable to log in" or "incorrect name or password", it would be better to have a more descriptive error message to point out that password contains illegal characters

    I think Domino should work with all UTF-8 characters.
