Integration point/Events/API to trigger event from sametime into notes applications or others..

User cases:

User A, User B: Conversations between user with a subject who need an action >> workflow.

User A >click right menu appear "create ticket from conversation" (create a task/action from sametime)

Aplication B open, create a ticket, embedded conversation/pointed element (picture from conversation) from Sametime into ticket.
