Hello everyone, Sametime 11 (and 11.5) have an entirely new mobile and web chat interface. It is modern and does not look like the older version.
We are rolling out cloud chat soon so it would be nice if it looked updated from what they saw in the whole Notes client

Presence awareness that works in the web chat client providing accurate status of away or offline when a user's computer in sleep or turned off is critical.
I totally agree! We are doing a Verse on-premise pilot and the complaint I hear most often is "what's up with the antique chat window".
