Provide same UI for user search in chat panel and "register new sametime contact" panel

For the new Sametime web chat client , one of our cutomer asked us to submit the following enhancement request:

In web chat panel, you can search user to chat, also in "register new sametime contact" panel, you can search user to add into Sametime contact list.

Thes two search user function have different UI and this makes edn user confusing. Please provoide same UI for these two user search function.

    there are some minor differences, but the search function is the same. The differences are quick chat search vs full contact searching for adding to contact lists.
