Don't display the dialog for failure of sending offline message as modal dialog

In Sametime Server environment where oofline message function is not avaliable, when sending oofline message to an oofline user , the dialog for failure of sending offline message as modal dialog is displayed as modal dialog. This behavior will move corsor focus to the modal dialog. Our customer wish HCL can display as non-Modal dialog or just some information message in chat window.

    with v11 and higher, offline messaging is a requirement where this error message is not displayed.
