A file library for the meeting would be great, so users can pull the files they want
Here talking about the file transfer option inside a meeting. For example, if I want transfer a file during the Sametime 115 meeting to all or selected participants.
Just to clarify, file transfer is available in 1-1 chats. We'll be adding groups chats and meetings file transfer support after initial release.

I agree with previous comment - without filetransfer meetings can’t compete with other solutions. Even free whatsapp and telegram already have this feature out of the box.
It is very time consuming to upload file somewhere, then generate share link, then paste link to meetings, instead of simply sending file
Could you provide more details here please? There is chat integrated in the meeting rooms and users can add a link to any file there and share in Sametime 11.5. We are going to add file integration directly within meetings after the initial launch.
