Sametime Client Softphone

We just want the Softphone functionality back.

" First Party Call Control (FPCC). This feature was added late in the 9.x releases and allowed the client to be configured as a softphone". It is now deprecated.

    I agree with you, is a must have feature. Most IM clients have that funtionality. And indeed, now, due COVID, there is more people working from home and this feature will allow them to have a direct phone extension of their office. Is something we must have back asap, withouth the complexity of the server (something to be able to run easily, as a pluging that can be enabled or disabled, emulating a SIP softphone on your sametime client)

    Is it possible to use the speech function of meeting in ST Chat, instead of SoftPhone?
