I'm sorry but it doesn't already exist. The common way of presenting in on-line meetings is to share the screen and not have to share individual apps or use two monitors. It works fine in other products where the video of participants is overlayed. If HCL can't achieve it in Sametime then fine, but changing the status to Already Exists is a fudge and simply puts people off raising suggestions.
improvements in the UI to share specific windows/apps allows to continue viewing the meeting and user status. This is much easier to managed with multiple monitors.
