Unable to understand "Enable low bandwidth mode"

In a meeting, there is an option menu named "Enable low bandwidth mode" in iOS App. It (JUST) SEEMS video is off. No effect on bandwidth observed.

Then this option name should be "Disable Video". Then no need for this option.

Clear and explicit option item name shall be used.

We have changed the menu to Enable audio only and Enable video streams to be more clear. These settings are designed to help in low cell coverage areas by disabling video streams from coming down to the device as well as disable broadcasting video from the device. Viewing the screen share is still allowed. Also joining meetings when not on WiFi will automatically join in audio only mode. Starting with the 11.6.4 release if you join while on WiFi and then move to cell the meeting will automatically switch to audio only mode. A user with an unlimited data plan can disable the automatic switching to audio only mode by opening the app settings and changing their cellular data preferences.
