Get rid of configuration in local files

Lots of Sametime configurations are done in local files instead of Domino databases. This is bad to maintain!


E.g configuration occurs in files like chatloggin.ini, sametime.ini etc. The better place would be to use the existing database stconfig.nsf. This would make it much easier to handle, because the admin doesn't need to modify entries deeply hidden in subdirectories.

    I think HCL did a great job with the AppDev Pack 1.06, where they added a configuration nsf-database to get rid of the notes.ini values. It is now much easier to maintain. I really like that!
