Default Meeting Room is not secure.

The default meeting room MeetMe.name~40acme.com is not secure.

Single click to your room from Sametime is great, however, any previous invitee can crash in to new meetings (happened to me today from links in their 'forever present no way of removing' chat history).


Surely there should be a 'waiting - Admit' option. Yes you can lock the meeting, but you have to remember to do that each time and you have no indication if someone is waiting to join.

Seems like a major flaw to me, unless I am missing something!

    You can implement secure user rooms which will remove the user's name from the URL. Please see: https://help.hcltechsw.com/sametime/11.5/admin/secure_rooms.html
