When a moderator leaves a meeting room, participants should be removed / locked out from the meeting room

When a moderator leaves a meeting room (moderated), participants remain in the meeting room and are not automatically removed/ locked out of the meeting.

It would be great if-

a. Participants (guest or authenticated users) are removed / locked out after a (configurable) timeout

OR

b. Participants (guest or authenticated users) are removed / locked out when the moderator leaves the meeting and can join / are automatically joined again after the moderator has joined / started the meeting again.

    This feature is available for Moderated Meetings. Instead of selecting the Leave button, the moderator can select the ... menu and select "End Meeting". A prompt will be displayed stating this will end the meeting for all. After selecting Yes the meeting will end for all participants.
