When you go ahead and click the "Help"->"Help Topics" from the embedded Sametime client it does open up a modal window which then locks the entire notes client usage as well until you close this help topic Whereas if you click on the "Help" from the Notes Client which does also contains the Sametime help document always opens up in a non-modal window where it stays separate and doesn't interfere nor lock up the Notes client usage.

Also we need to click on Help from Menu or preferences and then select the only option "Help Topics" in it to open the help window.

This appears to be making it complex and thus we propose just to have only one help button in the menu which when clicked should open up the help content window.
