Add official support for Enterprise Kubernetes Solutions likeVMware Tanzu, Google Anthos, Red Hat/IBM , SUSE Rancheror Platform9 for Sametime Meetings "Kubernetes" deployments.


As installing and operating a "vanilla" k8s environment is "cumbersome" and errorprone (see "Kubernetes The Hard Way" <https://github.com/kelseyhightower/kubernetes-the-hard-way> ), pls. add support for mentioned Enterprise Kubernetes Solutions including necessary technical changes (non-root containers, ...) and updated documentation (reverse-proxies, loadbalancers, ingress, public ip addresses, auto-scaling, necessary open ports, ....)

      Hello, we support k8s, enterprise, homegrown, cloud, etc. While we test a limited number of k8s versions/solutions in the lab, we will offer best effort support across them all.
