Disable Chat History Pop up

Customer wants to disable the Chat History Pop up upon user login through Sametime embedded as it somehow slows down user's client startup. Currently, the only way is to disable the persistent chat but customer wants the chat history to be retained, only the pop up needs to be removed.

    Improving the performance of the embedded chat window on startup and adding a "lazyload" to initialize the chat history in the background has improved this. Additionally, if there are no new chats received, the chat window should remain hidden.

    I agree, that it should be able to be disabled.

    But with Notes 12 the popup is not as slow as it used to be with Notes 11
