    Hi Sean, We currently have no plans to provide this functionality via Notes client.

    Hello Gaganpreet,

    I am thinking of the embedded Sametime client in HCL Notes and if it could interact with the native Windows notification API to display notifications and have chats show up in the Windows notification center.

    Hi Sean,

    We do have notifications that can be enabled via settings in our Web Chat. Could you provide more detailks or screenshots around this request to help me understand the ask?
