@Winai - Please see my comments above. We have new features like Reports coming in v12 and we have plans to add more features like calendar integration later on the roadmap. If you have any more questions or comments, please let me know.

I suggest you take a look at Meeting reports and Restricted Meeting feature in upcoming v12 feature. That should provide what you are looking for. Let me know if you have more questions.
Before meeting for chair man can know who join in the meeting. After meeting is for meeting summary report eg. who join in the meeting, who absend, poll result and so on.
Hi Winai. Could you provide more details on this use case? What are you proposing to be sent in the mail notification before and after the meeting ends?
