Add a Read Indicator Merged

Not sure if this isn't already available, I didn't find information about this.


I think it would be helpful to have a read indicator in Sametime, similar to the one in WhatsApp, Lync or Teams. This allows the sender to act on the fact the recipient read the message (call, send more info, whatever). It wanted this flag might also be disableble.
