Sametime client for android push notification without background app

Current Sametime client for android first needs to send it to the background to active push notification service. Closing the app without send it to the background will not active push notification. Please add an option to close the android app without send it in the background will active the push notification. Others chat apps for android have there own service running in android to support push notification, example is in the attach pic.

    Thank you for this feedback. This was identified as a defect and has since been fixed. If using the latest HCL Sametime mobile version and this issue is still seen, please open a HCL Support case for review.

    After enabling android development mode, we can see the running services.
