If sent from the Web Client, all active clients will receive the link to download the File Transfer. If sent from Embedded, correct it will only send to the most recent active client. Support for Web Client chat window is under review from embedded Notes Client which will avoid this scenario. Marking as no plans to implement, but a better option will be available soon for embedded clients performing file transfer. Thanks
