Please consider to provide tools to extract chat log from MongoDB to readable text files by chat session for audit

One of our Sametime 11.x customer wants to extract all chat logs from MongoDB into readable text files by chat session for audit. But there is no tool provided in Sametime 11.x.


Although customer can use MongoDB tool mongoexport to export MongoDB data into text files (or json files) , it is difficult to trace these raw data to find out chat log related to a specific chat session.


Please consider to provide this kind of tool in future release or fixpack.
