Make Sametime communicate with Watson Work Services for On Premise client.

I was told that Watson Workspace is positioned as a chat client for Cloud while Sametime is positioned as chat client for On Premise. If this is true, then there would be cases where customer need on premise chat solution with Watson Work Services capabilities, so can we use Sametime as the front end instead ?

For example with the use cases outline in this blog (https://www.ibm.com/blogs/collaboration-solutions/2018/09/18/revitalize-domino-data-with-ibm-watson-explorer-and-ibm-watson-workspace/). I imagine that from Sametime I could open a conversation with Watson and ask  something like "Watson, show me recent cases from company XYZ" and Watson would show me the top content that matches my criteria.

    @Thomas Hampel, while it would be nice to be able to use Sametime Client to connect to spaces in Watson Workspace, this idea is mostly geared towards the cognitive capabilities. Please see the example I have added to this idea.

    Do you want to have a Sametime Client which can also connect to Watson Workspace or do you want to have the cognitive capabilities embedded in an onprem Sametime client?
