If the system is used elsewhere, it immediately goes into away state even if it is being used elsewhere, so please improve so that this does not happen.

When logged in with multiple devices, if Windows lock state is set somewhere, the device is immediately placed in away status even if it is being used elsewhere, and I would like to see improvements so that this does not happen.

    This issue will be fixed in the next Sametime release and Notes FixPack(s). The awareness status will reflect the most recent client used. Meaning if an OS lock places the user in away status, as soon as activity is detected in another client the awareness will be changed to "active".

    Since this was technically a "defect", marking this idea as "Already Exists" since it was designed to function this way already. Thanks for the feedback!

    This sounds like a defect. Please open/reopen a support case to report the defect.
