Sametime Client: add customizable Link to create a Helpdesk ticket

When you discover an issue while working with the sametime client (embedded, standalone, over a browser or via mobile app), there should be a quicklink to generate a support case (f.e. in the help section).

Using these function curren User, Systemdata, and session logs should be collected and transmittet to a customizable Helpdesk system.
f.e. creating an e-mail messag to support@acme.com.

    For the upcoming browser client i would like to see the option to add multiple custom links to the vertical nav bar (see attached screenshot).
