Often the user does not configure the meeting on Verse but sets the generation of a meeting automatically (perhaps out of laziness) and this meeting is created on the sametime home page.
We have noticed users with decisions and dozens of meetings created creating confusion.
Perhaps they should not appear on the Sametime home page but only in the reporting part also because they are used like the dynamic meetings used in the chat and therefore the user does not expect to find them all on the home page.
Is it desired or required by the users to always generate a new dynamic meeting? Optionally, the user can select "Configure meetings" and specify a unique meeting room they would own and reuse for reoccurring or new calendar meetings. The enhancement here is to not save the dynamic meeting rooms from the My Meetings home page, correct?
