Delete dynamic meeting that create with integrations Verse

Beginning with Verse 3.2.1, administrators can apply a notes.ini setting to control the meeting services that are available for users to schedule dynamic online meetings

When user create new event on calendar Verse with a dynamic online meeting Sametime create a new meeting with a casual number.

The user that use this functionality have more and more new meeting in My meeting room tab in sametime.

The integrations with verse should not create all these meetings but reuse the same one or delete them at the end of the meeting
