add feature to change owner of meetings to new email address

Currently when the customer is switching to a new email address format in ldap server, those users whose email address has changed, their meeting history disappear in the Meetings--> MY Meetings section as shown in the screenshot.

Request here is to add feature to change owner of meetings to new email address so that post changing email address in ldap, user should not loose meeting history in my meeting section.
